I visited a local doctor recently. After I left, I received a text asking me to rate my experience. I clicked through and left my review in a short amount of time. A text came a short time later, thanking me for my review.

This physician’s office has obviously taken advantage of its Google Business Profile.

A Google Business Profile is an essential for businesses who want to connect with local customers. They can also enhance their online visibility using this simple tool.

  2. Access Google My Business: Go the Google My Business website and click on “Manage Now.” You can find this by either doing a search for “Google My Business” or clicking on the dots next to your Google profile in the upper right corner.
