Setting up an auto responder will let your contacts know that you have received their email and that you will respond soon.

Auto responders are an email marketing tool that can save you time (and money) so that you are not manually sending out the same types of emails repeatedly.

In addition to the one already mentioned, there are several different types of auto responders.

  1. Welcome emails are sent to new customers or clients when they first sign up for a new service or subscribe to a newsletter.
  2. Follow up emails can be sent after a customer makes a purchase to offer additional assistance and make sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
  3. Auto responders can also be used to encourage subscribers to make a purchase by offering discounts or sending promotional messages.
  4. Event reminders are sent to remind clients of an event or appointment.
  5. Going to be out of the office for a while on vacation? You can set an auto-responder so that people are notified when they email you that you are away and when they can expect your return.
